7. Coriander seeds
Coriander seeds when made into a decoction and drunk provide an array of benefits including reducing cramps and to lighten periods. Take a fistful of coriander seeds in a cup (240 ml) of water and bring to a boil. Simmer till the quantity reduces by half. Let cool and drink with a bit of honey if you prefer. Drink this first thing in the morning every day.
