You don’t have to step into a fancy salon or go for expensive treatments to fix bleached hair breakage and damaged hair. Whether your damaged bleached hair is falling out or want to repair fried hair; these home remedies will give you shinier, healthier tresses.
1. Hot oil treatment
Warm olive oil or coconut oil is just what the doctor ordered to treat bleached hair. Hot coconut oil for bleached hair helps condition and moisturizes fried, dry and frizzy hair and prevents hair fall. Here are some ways in which you can use hot oil treatment for damaged, bleached hair:
- Warm up some coconut or olive oil. You can add a few drops of pure essential oils like Rosemary or Lavender oil to it. Massage the blend on hair and scalp. Cover up the hair with an old towel. Leave it on overnight or at least for one hour before shampooing off. Repeat weekly.

6. Always use a leave-in conditioner before shampooing
Bleaching, chemical treatments and heat styling all leave the hair dry and damaged. So use a deep conditioning treatment for repairing the damage. Look for conditioners with Jojoba oil, Shea butter or Lavender/Rosemary oils. Keep the conditioner on the hair for at least 45 minutes on the day you wash your hair. 8. Condition after shampooing
