Remedies to quickly alkalize the body
1. Apple cider vinegar
Contrary to belief, citrusy fruits and apple cider vinegar, though acidic in nature, actually alkalize the body since they contain alkalizing minerals. Consume a tablespoon of organic ACV daily in a glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach.
2. Reduce consumption of acid forming foods
Acid forming foods are dairy, sodas, grains, caffeine, sugar etc. You can eat these in moderation but try to balance them with alkalizing foods.
3. Drink tons of water
