For example- a large banana contains nearly 150 calories but a small one will only contain 60-90 calories. The best fruits for weight loss are berries, apples, kiwis, plums, oranges, water melon, cantaloupes and grapes. Some experts believe that grapes also lead to weight gain because they are packed with sugar. So eat grapes in moderation and also pair them with some protein such as cheese. Fruit juices, especially commercial ones are also packed with sugar. If you looking to lose weight, then it is best make your own DIY fruit juices without added sugar.
