Nearly 45 million people worldwide suffer from Rosacea. This is a severe acne-like skin condition that causes redness, soreness and pimple-like rashes all over the face. Rosacea is of several different types including eye rosacea that can have an effect on the tissues of the eyes as well. Unfortunately, rosacea is un-curable but many people have managed to get it under control with natural treatment diet, essential oils and other natural home remedies.
1. Rosacea treatment diet
Dietary changes can go a long way in curing rosacea bumps. A low acid, high alkaline diet works best for this skin condition. It helps if you can eliminate all refined and processed foods, to strengthen your body to fight inflammation. Avoid milk and milk products which tend to be acidic. Also foods like red meat, beer, wine, wheat flour, citrusy fruits and sugar are very acidic. So limit their intake. 5. Essential oils and carrier oils for rosacea
Some of the best essential oils for rosacea and acne are tea tree oil, sandalwood oil, lavender oil and peppermint oil. Apply diluted tea tree oil on the rash to fight redness, pain and pimples. Neem oil is also antibacterial and can help fight this skin condition. You can also use Evening Primrose oil which is known to fight acne, wrinkles and other skin issues. 6. Hydrogen peroxide

10. Aspirin and green tea
Aspirin contains natural salicytate compounds which can heal pimples. Make a paste of few tablets of aspirin with brewed green tea and apply to your face. Rinse off after a few hours. Repeat twice a day to see results.

13. Diatomaceous earth
Apply a paste of Diatomaceous earth (DE) powder mixed with water all over the face to reduce redness y nearly 30%. Many users have used DE powder successfully to get rid of rosacea naturally. Be careful to avoid the eye area as it can irritate the eyes. You can also use DE powder on your scalp to wash hair.
14. Sulfur soap
Washing your face and body with sulfur soap can prevent redness and flare-ups.
15. Witch hazel
Witch hazel consists of salicylate compounds. These relieve pain and redness. Use witch hazel toner twice a day.
16. Zinc oxide cream
Zinc oxide cream can calm the burning and redness associated with rosacea.
Turmeric is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and soothing. Apply turmeric paste all over the rash and wash off after 20 minutes. Also take turmeric pills daily.

20. Baking soda
