Nightfall is the nocturnal emission of semen in men-typically in adolescents. It causes an involuntary discharge of semen or ejaculate in sleep due to wet dreams. Nightfall is very common in teenage boys and is a natural condition. However, men who experience it tend to find it embarrassing, even alarming. Most are concerned that it could affect their sex life or make them impotent. Some even wonder if there is something wrong with them mentally. Many people believe that nightfall causes acne, hair loss, fatigue and other mental and physical issues.The truth is that nightfall is rarely a serious disorder and typically affects men who have abstained from sexual activity or masturbation for too long. The pent up drive causes the semen to come out during sleep when the body and mind are in a relaxed state. Let us take a look at some home remedies to stop nightfall permanently.
1. Do not overthink
Having wet dreams is normal. One should not try to control it as the stress and anxiety can build up and lead to other health issues. The best thing to do in order to prevent nightfall is to avoid the semen buildup inside. Having regular sex or masturbation are the main methods of achieving this. Wet dreams and nightfall will not impact anyone adversely.
2. Take supplements
Many adolescents who suffer nightfall believe that they become weak due to their condition. In reality, there is no connection between fatigue, hair loss, acne and nightfall. If you are feeling tired, you might want to take protein supplements. Low levels of iron or vitamin B complex can also make one feel drained. Boron supplements are effective for balancing hormones and reducing toxic fluoride levels in the body. Teenagers who suffer from acne and nightfall may want to increase their intake of zinc rich foods or take supplements. Hair loss accompanying nightfall is a sign of hormonal imbalance due to excess DHT or dihydrotestosterone. Talk to an endocrinologist to rule out underlying hormonal issues.
3. Avoid bleached foods
Bleached foods like refined flour contain chlorine, fluorine and other bleaching agents. Avoid these foods as they increase toxicity in the body and make it acidic. These toxins also lead to sexual dysfunction such as impotence or premature ejaculation and nightfall.

8. Sage tea
Sage tea taken a couple of times daily can strengthen the pelvic area and also help you sleep better to avoid nightfall and wet dreams.

10. Garlic for nightfall

12. Avoid pornography
Watching too much pornography especially in adolescence can sometimes be detrimental to mental health and lead to obsessive thoughts about sex. This can increase the incidents of wet dreams.
There is no medicine for nightfall mainly because it is not a disease. Wet dreams, especially in adolescence, are a part of growing up. Channelize thoughts about sex by working out or meditating. If needed, speak to your family physician if you are concerned about it.
