As a child, being dizzy was fun and we often rolled and spun around just to watch the world spinning around. However, loss of balance when walking, especially in elderly patients, can be alarming and dangerous. So today we will study some balance disorder exercises and natural remedies for balance problems.
1. Rule out ear problems
Loss of hearing, Meniere’s syndrome, tinnitus and otitis media infections can lead to balance loss when walking. Treat these disorders first to if you want balance disorders to be cured.
